Building from Kathmandu, Nepal

Software, AI,
and engineering that
help businesses grow.

Qylantis is an independent software company. We ship our own SaaS products, build custom software and AI solutions for ambitious teams, and embed senior engineers who keep shipping long after launch.

02AI & software built like products
03Senior engineers, embedded with you

Three ways we help you grow.

We’re not an agency that disappears at launch, and we’re not a tools vendor that ships you a license and a goodbye. We design, build, and run software, AI, and engineering — whatever the business actually needs to move forward.

/01

SaaS products

We design, build, and operate our own software products — like Qylantis CRM — for industries underserved by global tooling.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
  • Native iOS and Android apps
  • End-to-end product ownership
  • Long-term roadmap and support
/02

AI & software development

Custom software and AI solutions for ambitious businesses — from web and mobile apps to LLM-powered automations that move real numbers.

  • Web, mobile, and SaaS builds
  • AI agents, RAG, and LLM integrations
  • Workflow automation & internal tools
  • Cloud infrastructure and APIs
/03

Dedicated teams

Embed an extension of your engineering team — senior developers working directly with you, without the agency markup.

  • Senior full-stack engineers
  • Long-term partnerships
  • Direct collaboration, no middlemen
  • Flexible monthly engagements

Built for operators in real industries.

We work with founders and operators running real businesses — not just tech startups. Wherever the work has gotten too complex for spreadsheets and too specific for off-the-shelf SaaS, we’re comfortable.

Education & study abroad

Live

Consultancies, language institutes, test-prep centres, and edtech platforms tracking students from first enquiry to final visa.

Finance & fintech

Active

Lending operators, accounting firms, brokerages, and remittance flows — KYC pipelines, reconciliation tools, and audit-grade reporting.

Retail & commerce

Active

Multi-branch retailers, B2B distributors, and DTC brands needing inventory, POS, CRM, and storefronts that all speak to each other.

Healthcare & clinics

Active

Practices, diagnostics labs, and tele-health operators replacing paper charts and WhatsApp triage with proper patient systems.

Logistics & operations

Active

Fleet, warehousing, and last-mile teams getting visibility into routes, drivers, deliveries, and SLAs in real time.

Professional services

Active

Law, consulting, real estate, and agencies — replacing pile-of-spreadsheets back-offices with dashboards their team will actually use.

The search for Atlantis.

Atlantis was the legendary place every great explorer sought — a destination worth the journey, hidden beneath the surface.

We named our company Qylantis because the businesses we serve are on their own search. Education consultancies searching for the right university for each student. Founders searching for tools that finally fit how they actually work. Operators searching for partners who’ll go the distance.

The Q in our logo is a magnifying glass.
We build for the search.

Software we own.

Multi-tenant SaaS products built and operated by us, deployed across South Asia. More on the way.

More products coming

We're focused on Qylantis CRM through 2026. New products will follow as we expand into adjacent industries that South Asia's operators are still running on spreadsheets.

The stack we ship in production.

Operator-grade
by default.

We don’t ship demos or pilots that go nowhere. We ship software and AI that real businesses run on — with the same care for security, performance, and reliability as the products that power the rest of the world.

Built for production, day one

Audit trails, role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit, automated backups, and observability — built in from the start.

AI that earns its keep

We use AI where it actually moves a number — faster onboarding, fewer manual hours, better decisions — not because it photographs well in a deck.

Mobile-native, not mobile-tolerated

Customers and teams live on their phones. Every product ships with native iOS and Android apps that work as well on a branch counter as on a head-office desk.

Senior people on every project

No junior shuffles, no overseas-pod indirection. The engineers shipping your code are the same ones reviewing it, talking to your team, and on the call when something breaks.

Weekly demos, written briefs

Every project starts with a written scope and runs on weekly demos. Decisions get captured. Nothing important happens in a hallway conversation we forget by Friday.

Long-term partnerships

We don’t disappear after launch. Every engagement is a multi-year commitment to keep your software shipping, scaling, and evolving with the business.

Things people actually ask.

The shortlist of questions that come up on first calls. If yours isn’t here, email us and we’ll add it.

Are you an agency, a SaaS company, or a dev shop?

Yes. We ship our own SaaS products (like Qylantis CRM), we build custom software and AI for clients, and we embed senior engineers with their teams. Same team, same standards across all three.

How small is too small for a project?

If the work would take a senior engineer less than three weeks end to end, we’ll usually point you somewhere cheaper. We’re built for projects that are worth doing properly.

Do you do AI proofs-of-concept or only production work?

Both — but we treat POCs as the smallest production-shaped slice, not as throwaway demos. If it works, the same code keeps shipping.

Where are you based and where do you work?

Headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal. We work with clients across South Asia, the Middle East, and the West — remote by default, on-site when it matters.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Often, yes. We’ve picked up half-built products from prior agencies, in-house teams, and freelancers. We’ll do an audit first and tell you what we’d keep, refactor, or rewrite.

What does engagement actually look like?

A short paid discovery (1–2 weeks), then either fixed-scope delivery or a monthly retainer. Weekly demos, a shared environment, and a working build from week two. No surprise invoices.

Have an operation worth
building software for?

Whether it's a SaaS product, a custom system, or a long-term engineering partnership — we'd like to hear about it.
