All content on the Qylantis CRM platform — including the logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the proprietary property of Qylantis Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Nepali and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from Qylantis.

"Qylantis", the Qylantis logo, and all product names and slogans displayed on the platform are trademarks of Qylantis Pvt. Ltd. They may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written permission. You may not use metatags or hidden text utilizing any Qylantis trademark without express authorization.

Qylantis CRM integrates with third-party services including payment gateways (Khalti, eSewa), email providers (Google SMTP), and cloud storage (Google Cloud Storage). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. Qylantis shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party service outages or changes.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Qylantis makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qylantis Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the cause of action.

These terms and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
