Pricing model
Flat, predictable, no surprises.
Custom engineering: fixed-scope projects priced as a single number, paid against milestones. Or monthly retainers if the scope is open-ended.
Dedicated teams: flat monthly per engineer, no hourly billing, month-to-month with 30 days notice in either direction.
Discovery: short paid engagement (1–2 weeks) before any build-phase contract. Lets us scope it properly without burning either side’s time.
