Recruitment software that knows how foreign employment actually works

Student CRMs were not built for demand letters, corridor rules or fee ceilings. Qylantis runs the employment side as its own vertical — workers, employers, demands and the paperwork that governs them — alongside the education side, in one system.

Built around the process you already run

Demands and positions

Register a demand against an employer, break it into positions with counts and salaries, and see at a glance how many are filled, shortlisted or still open.

Worker pipelines by corridor

Qatar, Saudi, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Malaysia, Japan, Romania, Poland, Croatia and Portugal each have their own route. Every worker sits on the right one.

Medicals that match the corridor

Wafid for the Gulf, FOMEMA for Malaysia, standard panels elsewhere. Expiry dates are tracked, so nobody flies on a lapsed certificate.

Fee-ceiling compliance

Free-visa-free-ticket ceilings are held as dated rules, not hardcoded numbers, so a change in the regime is a data update rather than a scramble.

Passport custody, on the record

Every passport handover and return is an event with a time and a person against it. When someone asks where a passport is, there is an answer.

Commission accounting

Reconcile what is owed between employers, sub-agents and the agency, in multiple currencies, with an audit trail behind each figure.

The regime is part of the job

A tool that ignores the rules just moves the risk onto you.

Some corridors are closed to you by law

South Korea (EPS) and Israel are government-to-government. Private agencies are legally excluded from recruitment, and the system says so rather than letting you build a pipeline you cannot use.

And some close overnight

The UK Health and Care Worker route shut to new overseas applicants in July 2025. Suspended corridors are marked, not quietly left in the list.

The rules move

Nepal’s foreign-employment regime changes often. Fee rules carry effective dates and are maintained centrally, so a correction reaches every agency without anyone shipping code.

Regulatory details reflect our reading of the current regime and are maintained as data with effective dates. They are not legal advice — verify against the Department of Foreign Employment before relying on them commercially.

Running both sides of the business?

Many agencies send students and workers. Qylantis keeps the two as separate workspaces with their own pipelines, roles and reports, rolling up to one view of the office.
